Dr. Mark Boughan is the 8th President of Emmanuel Bible College and has an extensive background in ministry and higher education. For the past 17 years, he has served at Bible colleges in both eastern and western Canada in positions as Academic Dean, V.P. of Enrollment, and Dean of Student Life. Prior to that were pastorates in Ontario and Nova Scotia, and also providing leadership to other para-church organizations such as Youth for Christ, inner-city missions, and social work.
