President and Dean of Emmanuel Bible College, Dr. Roy is an academic administrator and instructor with over 28 years of experience in Christian higher education in Canada. Outside involvements include service as a Commissioner in the Association of Biblical Higher Education Commission on Accreditation, participation in various accrediting teams, and service on a number of church and mission agency boards, including SIM Canada, SIM International Board of Governors, BIC Canada, and Pathway Community Church. In his leisure time he enjoys family history research, watching (real) football, and reading historical fiction.
