Welcome to Markham Missionary Church

Posted in About Markham Missionary Church

Greetings from Markham Missionary Church!

We would like to help you know more about Jesus Christ.  He has brought meaning, forgiveness and a future to our lives. The story of Jesus is amazing.

There is a wealth of information here: both about our church meetings as well as teaching about the Bible in the sermon videos.

Why don't you check out our live streaming of our Worship Service on Sunday at 10:45 a.m.?  You can also subscribe to our podcast. Then we would be excited to have you come to a service so we can meet you in person.

Bone Marrow Donor Drive

Owen is a very brave boy! At age 9, he was diagnosed with ALL(Leukemia). He spent 6 months at the Hospital for Sick Children, receiving intensive treatment including a stem cell transplant. When Owen was released from the hospital in March 2013, his family thought the battle had been won. However, in February 2014, the cancer came back.

Still the brave boy, Owen is asking his community to help the current 43 Chinese Canadian patients in need of a stem cell transplant by registering as a stem cell donor. Registering as a stem cell donor requires a very simple test. You could be someone's hero!

Facebook Page on Owen fighting with Leukemia
